With 15 + years of experience in construction management Trent will ensure all your permit needs
are managed efficiently and that all schedule, budget, safety, programming
and quality goals are achieved. With lessons learned and best practices from our current work on
campus, Trent will ensure that all project challenges are appropriately identified and mitigation plans
in place to ensure on-time completion and that all planning is completed with exacting and detailed
precision, ultimately leading to a seamless execution with no surprises. Trent will provide HCA with
regular project status reports during construction for all team members, local building officials and the
subcontractor community. Trent will enforce quality and safety standards while maintaining a safe, clean
and organized project site. He is a highly motivated individual with a keen eye for quality, and the ability
to convey these qualities to owners and design professionals.

Bachelor of Construction Management
University of Florida
EXPERIENCE
13+ years of general contracting experience, including healthcare, commercial, residential, industrial and wastewater treament.
